(Ciudad de México, 1983) Master en Artes Visuales y Multimedia por la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV). Artista multidisciplinario con 24 años de trayectoria. Ha participado en más de 80 exposiciones colectivas en México, España, Rumania, Alemania y Bélgica, así como 5 exposiciones individuales, incluyendo 12 publicaciones y 7 catálogos.
Es también promotor y educador de la fotografía autoral y la importancia del discurso personal, con más de 50 pláticas dictadas y 19 años de experiencia docente. Entre sus logros se destacan el primer premio en videoarte en la Bienal BACOS 2018 (San Miguel, Islas Canarias, España), y ser seleccionado para la residencia artística FlussLab Insite 2022 (Berlín-Coswig, Alemania), y EXP.23 Experimental Photo Festival (Barcelona) como tallerista y conferencista. Actualmente es el Director del Centro de la Imagen de Tabasco, institución de la Secretaría de Cultura del Estado (Tabasco, México), donde ha impulsado actividades, exposiciones, conferencias y encuentros .
Su cuerpo de obra se basa en un pensamiento fotográfico, usando la fotografía de autor/experimental como una manera de mediar ante el mundo y así, generar discursos sobre la piel improbable y su función como la frontera de la experiencia; las cicatrices y sus vestigios como texto del cuerpo y la carne como superficie del mundo. Trabaja activamente a través de la fotografía experimental (cianotipia, impresión Van Dyke, impresión lumen, quimigramas, antotipia, entre otras técnicas), videoarte, arte sonoro, poesía e imágenes fijas y en movimiento generadas por inteligencia artificial a partir de la infancia y recuerdos falsos.

(Mexico City, 1983) Master’s Degree in Visual and Multimedia Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Multidisciplinary artist with 24 years of experience. He has participated in more than 80 group exhibitions in Mexico, Spain, Romania, Germany, and Belgium, as well as 5 solo exhibitions, including 12 publications and 7 exhibition catalogs.
He is also a promoter and educator of artistic photography and the importance of personal narratives, having delivered more than 50 lectures and 19 years of teaching experience. Among his achievements are the First Prize in Video Art at the BACOS Biennial 2018 (San Miguel, Canary Islands, Spain), selection for the FlussLab Insite 2022 artist residency (Berlin–Coswig, Germany), and participation in EXP.23 Experimental Photo Festival (Barcelona) as a workshop teacher and speaker. He is currently the Director of the Centro de la Imagen de Tabasco -Image Center of Tabasco-, an institution of the Ministry of Culture (Tabasco, Mexico), where he has promoted activities, exhibitions, conferences, and collaborative work.
His body of work is grounded in a photographic vision, using authorial/experimental photography as a way to mediate the world and generate discourses on improbable skin and its function as the frontier of experience; scars and their traces as the text of the body; and flesh as the surface of the world. He works actively through experimental photography (cyanotype, Van Dyke printing, lumen printing, chemigrams, anthotype, among other techniques), video art, sound art, poetry, and still and moving images generated by artificial intelligence from childhood and false memories.
He lives in Villahermosa, Tabasco. Open to collaborations.
